Two Weeks to go...Taking inventory...

Time to stock the shelves... in years past I have always tried when buying my ingredients to have them be as unprocessed as possible without any additives or preservatives when ever feasible...
This year not only am I trying to continue with this effort but I am also going to  be as conscious as possible to use locally produced products for ingredients as well.
